This barbell is perfect for the three big lifts; Deadlifts, Bench Press and Squats. Designed to meet IPF specs, the knurling on this barbell, which also includes a center knurl with single knurl marks, is very aggressive. The bar shaft has an industry standard 29mm shaft diameter and a total length of 86.52 inches. This barbell is manufactured with durable, self-lubricating bushings to provide smoother movement and a long-lasting lifetime. It comes finished with a spectacular bright zinc coating. The smaller collar width allows for a longer loadable sleeve of 16.875” so you can maximize the number of plates that fit on the bar. This bar is ready for anyone ready to take on some heavy lifting!
