Pre-Order Terms
We are experiencing longer lead times for production and limited stock allocation due to the increased worldwide demand for our premium quality gym equipment.
Products for pre-order are items that are currently unavailable or sold out in our shop but are already scheduled for re-stocking. Pre-ordering guarantees that the incoming stock will be reserved and sold to you.
Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your pre-order.
Upon placing your Pre-Order with us, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. FreeAthlete Co. shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to sales@freeathlete.com
Payments

A 50% payment is required & should be made via BDO or BPI Bank Deposit or G-Cash.

Orders without any down payment made within 48 hours shall be automatically cancelled.

Remaining balance is due once the item arrives and is ready for shipping or delivery. We shall notify you of the arrival of the item ordered, and you have 48 hours to settle the remaining balance. Should you be unable to pay within the 48-hour period, please send us an email at sales@freeathlete.com so that we could work out a solution.
Estimated Date of Arrival and Delivery

Our estimated time of arrival is based on our production and importation timeline. However, we cannot guarantee that no cause for delay would arise prior to your receipt of the item ordered. We kindly ask that you manage your expectations.

If, in case, your pre-ordered item/s do not arrive within 30 days from our estimated date of arrival, you may request for a full refund by sending an email to sales@freeathlete.com.
Cancellations

All pre-orders are final sales, and thus, considered sold. Downpayments are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for other gym equipment, products, and services.

We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders without a downpayment made within 48 hours from submission of order.
