What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept:
  • GCash
  • Online Banking: We accept payments via the online banking websites of the following banks: BDO and BPI. 
  • Bank Deposit:(through our BPI or BDO accounts - please input your name, email, and address on the Customer Information page (1/3), pick your shipping method (2/3) and lastly select Bank Deposit on the Payment Options page (3/3). You will see the bank account details when you complete your order.


What are your shipping rates?
For Metro Manila and certain areas in Rizal, we offer the following delivery options:
EXPRESS: Costs ₱­­­ 550 - 750 and is delivered within 1 - 3 business days
STANDARD: Costs ₱­­­ 250 - 500 and is delivered within 5 - 7 business days 
You may also avail of our Store Pick Up Option upon checkout and book your choice third party delivery provider such as Lalamove or Transportify.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we intend to launch internationally in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be in the know when we do go international! 

How long does it take for an order to get to me?
Same day delivery via Lalamove or Transportify would be delivered on the same day. Note that for same day deliveries, our cut off time is 11:00 AM.
Customers in Metro Manila and Rizal may also choose either Express (to arrive within 1-3 business days) or Standard (5-7 business days).

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of DELIVERY. Product must be in original packaging and in new condition.  
Returns that do not meet the requirements will NOT be accepted and additional courier charges will have to be paid to return the item back to you.


We will accept qualified returns and exchanges. Shipping will be customers’ responsibility.

  • Hardware: 12 months
  • Upholstery, handgrip and all other items: 6 months for commercial, 12 months for domestic
  • UHMWPE (Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) on J-hook and sport arm: 24 months for commercial, 48 months for domestic
  • 12 months
Bumper Plates
  • 36 months
Dumbbells, Weight Plates, and Kettlebells
  • 24 months
Resistance Bands, Straps, Wraps & Ropes
  • 6 months

Other Non-Consumables: 90 days

Note that warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect.


Does my order need to go through customs?
It does! But our team will take care of that for you.

What about duties and taxes?
All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout. 

I’m looking for Product X. When will you carry it?
